A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 90 days before the retreat commences. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Deposit payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, injury, travel delays, and personal belongings. Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate passport, visas, vaccinations, and travel documentation required for travel to Indonesia. Guests participate in all retreat activities at their own risk. Edit Co. and its representatives accept no liability for personal injury, illness, loss, damage, theft, or additional expenses incurred during the retreat.
The itinerary may be amended if necessary due to weather, local conditions, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be made with guests' best interests in mind. Complimentary group transfer to the retreat is available only for guests who are available for pick-up from Sanur from 9:00 a.m. onwards on Saturday, 5 June or Saturday, 19 June. Guests unable to join the scheduled transfer are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport to the retreat.
Any meals or activities specifically listed as not included are at the guest's own expense.
Cancellations by guests must be made in writing via email. If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, guests will receive a refund of any retreat fees paid.
Edit Co. is not responsible for airfare, accommodation outside the retreat, travel insurance, or any other third-party costs.
Optional Saturday night accommodation is available for guests and can be added to your booking
